Today, Tuesday, May 6, marks two very special celebrations at Great Hearts. It’s both the third annual Great Hearts Day of Giving and the National Teacher Appreciation Day, celebrated within the broader National Teacher Appreciation Week. And what better way to honor our teachers than by giving back!
National Teacher Appreciation Day is a day set aside across the United States to recognize and celebrate the dedicated teachers who shape our children’s futures. Observed on the Tuesday of the first full week in May, it’s a time to thank educators for their tireless efforts, mentorship, and the profound difference they make every day in the lives of students.
At Great Hearts, we know that it’s our teachers who breathe life into our calling to provide a classical, liberal arts education.
